ANTISTROPHE

Antistrophe has many names and many forms; he is one of the first Farers to have emerged from the Unformed Void after the First Light pierced through it. In this form, he is the Great Darkness that stretches across the endlessness of the universe; one of the primordial forces that form the Leash of Chaos. He is one of few Farers to have survived the cataclysms of Kala and though not truly a demon himself is called an Archdemon; he spawned the Aternals, a race of creatures who thrive in darkness and whose forms are largely immaterial. Antistrophe found his own soul inside the Multitude and eventually, in his corporeal form, found his way to Earth and took on the disguise of a human known as Kilton Reiss. He is a creature both serene and severe with numerous powers, such as the ability to invade and manipulate the conscious and unconscious states of other beings. He can also harness and manipulate various forms of energy and matter — his will can accelerate or reverse the entropy of certain organic matter. Antistrophe has only ever formed a pact with one human, Hail Casimir, who incidentally became the second human being ever to survive a breached pact.

Antistrophe has committed many atrocities across the universe deemed unforgivable, but very few beings possess the courage to pursue him.
