Milo was the life of the party; energetic, playful, and sweet. He had an abundance of confidence and charisma, although sometimes coming across as somewhat boastful. Though he knew the affection of many men in his time, none were as cherished as the love of his life: Amir Tatakera. Milo would often daydream about marrying his immortal and made no secret of it to his loved ones, though he did his best to keep Amir’s charges a secret in order to protect him.

When Milo had vowed his love, Amir’s Soul Bond power filled Milo’s body with sacred power which saw that so long as the two were together Milo was physically invulnerable and could not be touched by anyone of evil intent. Amir conceived the Garden of the Lark for Milo and would call shooting stars into the atmosphere for him to witness.

Cirogaan the Golden, in an effort to provoke Amir, found a way to circumvent the Soul Bond and destroy it by strangling Milo. At the moment of Milo’s death, the power of the Soul Bond was released from his body. This phenomenon was potent enough to destroy the Overneath and expose demonkind to the world.
