Riven met the Archangel of Honor before Honor’s mysterious disappearance on Earth. Together they studied astronomy and various forms of mysticism; it was Honor that carved the glowing markings into Riven’s body. Riven is fascinated by the properties of celestial bodies and possesses some powers based on the energy brought about by their movements. These powers are a bit unstable as he is still learning to harness them, but during moments of intense emotion he may release bursts of powerful radiation. Arturo and Riven are close siblings despite a rather dramatic difference in temperament. When it comes to Cirogaan, however, Riven may not agree with all of his endeavors but certainly admires his incredible displays of power.
