Sol is a rather elusive sorceress whose voice has, on rare occasion, been heard echoing through the forested regions of the Americas whether like a gentle whispering breeze or a great roll of thunder, always at the turn of day into dark. But those listening who have sought her out have found only trees.

Sol’s craft is bound entirely to the natural order of the Earth, should that be in flourishing life or inevitable death. There is a rumored exception which is rather extraordinary, though she steadfastly denies it: Apparently Sol has lived more than one lifetime, perpetually brought back from death. Some say a great blazing bird of fire appears to revive her, while others claim she has found a way to trick death into overlooking her altogether.
