Tiago is a creature of abundant natural wonder, his body a symbol of the living world to which he is so deeply connected. He is often seen roaming the forest regions of Puerto Rico softly humming to himself or even to the plants and trees. His dewy skin and playful nature make him an intriguing presence, those who encounter him usually note he produces an arousing sweet scent by way of the living flora that adorn his body. Like most plants, he thrives in the open air and plentiful sunlight; he appears to have some photosynthetic capabilities. Though he is often studied for his physiology, no one has made any conclusive sense of it. Tiago came under the corruptive influence of Cirogaan the Golden, who began visiting him in the night and doting upon him. The more Cirogaan learned about Tiago’s body, the more frequently he appeared to him. Now, Tiago is wholly enraptured by the demon. As a result, the naturally rich tone of his skin began to take on a dull golden hue and the vibrant yellow of the sunflower growing from his chest began wilting and its color faded to black.
